Scheduling. We offer weekly, bi‑weekly, and one‑time appointments. Windows are 2–3 hours unless otherwise noted.

Cancellations. Please give 24 hours notice to avoid a late fee.

Access. Many clients provide a door code or lockbox; we protect all access info carefully.

Satisfaction. Not thrilled? Tell us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.
